Fabrications offer a comprehensive structural steelwork
and metalwork service starting with the pricing of all
types of enquiries - Design and Build,
Bills of Quantities or
"take offs" from drawings.
If
successful, we can undertake the full design of the steel
frame including holding down bolts and cold rolled purlins
and rails, or if necessary the design of the main portal frame
connections (eaves and apex haunches) only.
Once
the design is submitted and approved, detailed shop fabrication
drawings are produced (again submitted for approval), steelwork
is then fabricated (with full material traceability), surface
treated and delivered to site for erection by our erection
squad(s). Our erection squads also undertake any site alterations
or snagging that may be required on steelwork erected by others.
Our maximum single project capacity is 50te
and our operating area is from Yorkshire up to
and including Scotland across the country from
the East coast to the
West coast.
